Share You and a colleague or mate are locking horns.  It's one of those struggles that is worth pursuing.
It's never too late to get started on a different path in life.  You're not too old, don't use your income or your current status as an excuse either.  Every day offers a new opportunity and new set of choices.  If you want to make a change, make it.  You can do it, so do it.  The change might not come right away but you can work on your own attitude beginning as of today.  Adapt a more non-attached, logical viewpoint.
Working together with the people you love is ideal today.  Connect with friendly people and join in the fun.  Just try to restrain yourself from showboating too much.  If you are generous in your attentions, other people will extend the same to you.
You are intellectually alive and willing to learn, willing to have people challenge your ideas, thereby, broaden your thinking.  Interchange with others should be fruitful both for yourself and for the people you meet.
